Plot:
Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015) is a Tamil romantic action comedy film directed by Vignesh Shivan. It was produced by Dhanush through his production company Wunderbar Films and distributed by Lyca Productions.
Vijay Sethupathi plays a character who dreams of becoming a hoodlum, but his mother (Raadhika) wants him to become a police officer. He eventually becomes a hoodlum himself. He meets Nayantara, who asks him for help, only to find out that he is not a real hoodlum. When Vijay falls in love with her, he learns that her goal is to kill Parthiepan. The film then focuses on their attempt to take him down and the reasons behind Nayantara’s anger.

Performances:
Nayantara, who plays a deaf girl, does a great job in every scene, but sometimes steals the show from Vijay Sethupathi.
Parthiepan shines as the villain. His witty dialogues and excellent performance make him a star of the film.
RJ Balaji provides some comic relief, but his humor doesn’t have the same impact as Parthiepan’s.
Anandaraj does well in his smaller role too, bringing a lot of charm with limited screen time. Overall, Naanum Rowdy Dhaan has some great performances, especially from Parthiepan and Nayantara, but there is a lack of chemistry between the lead actors, which affects the flow of the film.
