Baaghi 3 Review: Tiger Shroff In A Still From The Movie
Hero’s Vow to Wipe Syria Off the Map
In the middle of Baaghi 3, the hero vows to wipe Syria off the map. The country is in danger of destruction when two of its rebellious citizens challenge the mighty hero, played by Tiger Shroff. The message is clear: don’t mess with a one-man army, no matter how big the nation!
A Brother’s Fury and a Hero’s Promise
During a video call, the hero watches his kind older brother, a cop by chance, get beaten up by two men in a hotel room in Syria. Unable to watch his brother suffer, the younger man becomes furious. “If anything happens to my brother, I will kill both of you,” he says.
One Nation Against One Man
One of the attackers, not realizing the danger he is in, replies, “We are not just two, not hundreds, not thousands, we are an entire nation.” That’s when Ronnie snaps. He vows to destroy a nation with a history that dates back to the Stone Age.
Confusion in Geography and Logic
What happens when a Bollywood action film becomes Baaghi 3, a pointless film that delights in throwing logic away and destroying it? Every time the villain, terrorist leader Abu Jalal Gaza (played by Arab-Israeli actor Jameel Khoury with an understandably confused and uncomfortable expression), sees his base under attack, he wonders aloud whether America, Russia or the Mossad are after him, only to find out that he is being hunted by one person.
Girls get the worst treatment
Girls get the worst treatment in Baaghi 3. Shraddha Kapoor, who returns to the franchise after missing the second film, plays a vivacious character named Siya. She talks a lot and cracks jokes, but instead of sounding wise, she comes across as more of a confused person.
It’s been a great journey but his final battle against the strongest enemy is yet to be fought. Catch the action packed #Baaghi3 in cinemas this Friday.
