Story & Plot
The story is inspired by mythological characters and themes, incorporating them into its plot. Kamsaraju (Devadatta Naga) is a cruel and powerful tyrant. Anyone who dares to stand up to him or think to oppose him faces only one end – death. One day, in Kashi, he heard a prophecy predicting his death at the hands of a child born to the third descendant of his own sister.
Enraged by this, he killed his sister’s husband in cold blood. To make matters worse, the husband’s younger brother filed a police complaint against Kamsaraju, which landed him in jail for 21 years. During these years, many questions arise: Will the prophesied third child be born? If so, what will this child look like?
Meanwhile, Sathya (Mansa Varanasi) enters the picture. Who is she and how does Krishna (Ashok Galla) fall in love with her? After serving his prison term, Kamsaraju is released and meets Krishna. Is there any relationship between Kamsarju and Krishna? What secret is Kansarju’s sister hiding all these years?
The climax answers these questions: Will the prophecy come true, or will Kansarju find a way to escape his fate? These secrets are at the core of the story.
